The restaurateur panel (Quandoo Manager, the business area) takes bookings only until 30 September 2026; on 31 December everything shuts down, archive included. Two things need rescuing: your future bookings and your guests' contact details.
Download the list of bookings and contacts from the panel, then send it to us: we help you load it into mee-table, in the supported formats. Contact data must be used within the consents you collected.

Do I have to cancel my Quandoo contract?
You know your contract, we cannot tell you where it stands. What we know is public: after 30 September 2026 no new bookings arrive through Quandoo, so the new system is worth having live before that date.
How do I move bookings and contacts to mee-table?
Download your data file from the Quandoo panel and send it to us: we help with importing the supported formats. Future bookings go into the calendar, contacts into your list, within the consents you collected.
Can I run mee-table and Quandoo side by side until the shutdown?
Yes. The widget lives on your site and does not touch Quandoo: many switch mee-table on straight away and let Quandoo run until the stop, so no booking is lost in the move.
